You may have questions about your next journey. Find all the useful information for your trip as well as all the health measures we have put into effect to guarantee you a smooth and safe journey. 

GETTING AT THE AIRPORT

/ PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT 

Make sure you have all the necessary information for your journey to the airport. For example, check the regulations for the use of public transport, parking, or specific hygiene measures in the airport. 

/ ARRIVE AHEAD OF TIME 
We always recommend our clients to arrive at least 2 hours before boarding time. Take only the essentials with you and place all other items as possible in your luggage. 

/ OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Please act accordingly and respect the recommendations of the Luxembourg Ministry of Health regarding social distancing. Observe at least 2 meters between each other whenever possible.

AT THE AIRPORT 

/ OBSERVE LUX-AIRPORT & OTHER AIRPORT HYGIENE RULES

Be aware of the different rules in force at the different airports of departure and arrival. Always wear a mask covering your nose and mouth.  Use the hydro-alcoholic solution dispensers as often as possible. More info on Lux-Airport rules here.

/ CHECK-IN ONLINE WHENEVER POSSIBLE
In order to minimize person-to-person contact, use the application to check-in online as often as possible. Check-in counters are still available to drop off your luggage. 

/ TIME FACTOR
Allow more time to go through all the different steps of your journey. This will help to minimize queues at check-in and security checks.

BOARDING 

/ KEEP MINIMUM DISTANCE 

Please bear in mind that social distancing should also be applied during board and deboarding.

/ SPECIFIC PROCEDURES  

Boarding and deboarding can take place in smaller groups. This way we try to ensure social distancing. 

ON BOARD 

/ MASK IS MANDATORY 

A protective face mask is mandatory during the whole duration of the flight. The mask (surgical mask or FFP2 mask) should cover your mouth as well as your nose and should be replaced every 3 hours.

/ PREVENTIVE KIT

Each passenger is given a preventive kit composed of protective a face-mask and a hydro-alcoholic solution as well as a wipe. If you wish to wipe again the surfaces around you, please only use the provided wipe to do so. 

/ ADAPTED CATERING 

We try our utmost to keep our catering as good as usual. However, in order to minimize the number of interactions between our crew and passenger, the catering has been adapted. 

/ HEPA FILTERS AND CLEANING 

The air of the cabin of our aircraft is approximately renewed every 3 minutes and the airflow circulates from the top of the cabin to the floor, considerably reducing the viral exchange through the air. 

/ PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM 

The authorities of your final destination are requiring that all flight guests fill in a Passenger Locator Form on board.
