Manage My Booking - conditions

 

The new “Manage my Bookings” online services can be used for all Direct Sales Bookings of Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and LuxairTours flights (except package bookings with flight + hotel), including initial Bookings on Luxair Websites, Luxair Mobile Website and App, and Luxair Callcenter.

 

Change your flights

  • Eligible Fare Families

    Make changes to your travel dates - except FlyCLASSIC Tickets.

  • Non-Eligible Point-of-Sales: Travel Agencies / Other Carrier Tickets

    Please note that your ticket cannot be changed online. Please contact the airline who issued the ticket or contact your travel agency.

  • Special Requests in Initial Booking

    Please note that your initial ticket may contain additional services (like additional baggage, sports equipment, wheelchair, etc.) which will not be rebooked automatically online. This will be handled by our callcenter for you within the next 48h automatically.

  • Promocodes in Initial Booking

    Please note that your initial booking may contain a promotion code which cannot be transferred to your new booking.

Cancel and refund your ticket

  • Eligible Fare Families

    Refund online your flyFLEX or fly BUSINESS FLEX fare tickets

  • Non-Eligible Point-of-Sales: Travel Agencies / Other Carrier Tickets

    Please note that your ticket cannot be cancelled & refunded online. Please contact the airline who issued the ticket or contact your travel agency.

  • Special Requests in Initial Booking

    Please note that your initial ticket may contain additional services (like additional baggage, sports equipment, etc.) which will not be cancelled automatically. This will be handled by our callcenter for you within the next 48h.

Add services

  • Eligible Destinations

    Add services to all Direct Flights of Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and LuxairTours.

  • Non-Eligible Point-of-Sales: Travel Agencies
