Manage my Booking is solution for our direct customers – with initial flight bookings on our Luxair Websites, Luxair Mobile App, Luxair Customer Service Center – to manage and modify your flights directly online. Please note the “Manage my Booking” conditions here.

Travel plans changed? For all bookings in SMART, FLEX our BUSINESS, you can simply change your flight and travel dates with only a few clicks. For LIGHT fare tickets, changes are not allowed. Changes can done with a fee of € 49 in SMART and without any fee in FLEX and BUSINESS, if the same booking class is still available. If it is not available, the price of your ticket may change. 

Additional services wished? Book your preferred seat onboard in advance, add extra baggage, pets, bikes or sports equipment… you can also book special meals for your flights.

If you booked your flights in FLEX or BUSINESS, you can cancel and refund your tickets without any fee in only a few clicks online. Flex fares are not retroactively refundable in case of « no-show ».
