Promotion Conditions:
- Booking deadline: 29 September 2026
- 10 + 2 FREE: Two complimentary tickets for group bookings with a minimum of 10 paying passengers travelling to Antalya, Barcelona, Catania, Copenhagen, Dublin, Lisbon, Porto or Faro.*
- 10 + 1 FREE: One complimentary ticket for group bookings with a minimum of 10 paying passengers travelling to all other Luxair destinations on direct flights.**
- Travel period: 2 November 2026 to 26 March 2027, excluding 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.
- The promotion is also valid for journeys travelling in the opposite direction, to Luxembourg.
- The offer applies only to new bookings.
- This promotion cannot be combined with promotional codes or any other offer.
- The group must be confirmed with a non-refundable 25% deposit by 20 October 2026 at the latest.
- If the group is subsequently reduced below 11 passengers for the 10 + 1 offer or below 12 passengers for the 10 + 2 offer, the complimentary ticket(s) will be forfeited.

Grazie alla grande flessibilità dei prezzi per i gruppi potrai prenotare il viaggio fino a un anno prima.
I viaggi per gruppi fino a 9 persone possono essere prenotati direttamente sul sito luxair.lu, quindi perché scegliere un’offerta di gruppo invece che prenotare separatamente i singoli viaggiatori?
Con le prenotazioni singole non è detto che si riesca ad avere la stessa tariffa per tutti i passeggeri, e il volo potrebbe risultare completo prima che tu riesca a acquistare tutti i biglietti necessari. Se invece chiedi un’offerta di gruppo la tariffa sarà uguale per tutti i passeggeri. Rispetto a una prenotazione singola il prezzo rimarrà invariato o solo leggermente più alto, ma in compenso potrai avere molti più vantaggi in termini di servizio dedicato, maggiore flessibilità finanziaria e libertà di cambi.

La simplicità di viaggiare in gruppo
- Servizio dedicato: il nostro reparto gruppi ti aiuterà a trovare la miglior destinazione e ti suggerirà le migliori tariffe.
- Flessibilità finanziaria: le prenotazioni singole a tariffa standard devono essere saldate subito al momento della prenotazione. Se invece scegli una tariffa di gruppo dovrai pagare solo il 25% in anticipo: salderai il resto un mese prima della partenza.
- Libertà di cambi: con una tariffa di gruppo invece i cambi gratuiti sono permessi a certe condizioni (data e orario del volo, nominativo dei passeggeri e dimensione del gruppo).

I membri di un gruppo verranno registrati separatamente. Il peso e il numero di pezzi consentiti verrà calcolato per persona. Le famiglie possono registrarsi assieme; ogni componente avrà comunque diritto alla propria franchigia bagaglio, non cumulabile (peso e pezzi).
