If you have booked via a travel agency, your documents will be handed over by your travel agent. If you have booked directly with LuxairTours, your travel documents are sent 14 days prior to departure by email (e-vouchers) once your holiday has been paid in full.
For any modifications happening less than 14 days prior to departure, e-vouchers will be reissued.
Luxair flight
Travel documents are sent automatically by email once you have booked your flight. You can print your e-tickets for your own convenience, but you will only need the booking reference number to check-in.
