What can I do if my luggage is damaged or delayed?

Luggage and services

A form must always be completed at the arrival airport to declare the delay or damage to your luggage. For further information, please telephone our Baggage Assistance Department on +352 2456 4880 or email baggage.claim@luxair.lu. The declaration must be made as soon as you arrive. Please do not remove tags if luggage has been damaged.
