Special assistanceIf you need special assistance at the airport or on board (wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.) you must contact us to book this service up until 48 hours before your departure, so that we can ensure you are allowed to transport the required equipment and that we still have enough space to carry them. This service may not be booked online.
You can use our contact form to send your request by indicating as many details as possible about the type of assistance you need. You also need to clearly specify the dimensions and characteristics of the equipment you want to transport.
